Found this woman selling woolen clothes on a street in Darjeeling. There was something mesmerizing about this sight that I could not help taking this photo.

Until I started birding, I never saw them even once. Now that I am, they seem to be all around the place

Notice the red color under its tail – that is where Red Vented Bulbul gets its name.

No one is as fearless and as eager to learn new stuff as kids. Saw this little girl learning to cycle in our compound. It was a chilly winter, she would fall and get up to try it again.

In the main market, we saw a buddhist temple with prayer wheels all around its outer wall. Devotees are supposed to go clockwise around the temple and rotate all prayer wheels.

The magic of 10mm focal length. I was fairly close to Taj when I shot this and the distortion created by the 10mm lens makes this photo look absolutely stunning.

St John’s in the Wilderness is an Anglician Church, built in 1852, located at Forsyth Ganj, near Dharamshala. The church is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is a great place to have picnic for families with kids.
