It is beginning to seem like Promthep Cape was my muse during my recent visit to Thailand. No other place has given me such variety of photographs as this one. From temples to shore, this one has it all.
“Even the clouds have gathered to admire the colors of sea and around”, says Madhuli Gupta in a comment. There couldn’t be a better way to describe this scene.
Another one of the magnificent views that you get when you land in Phuket.
This is one of the most interesting temples I have ever seen in my life. Its circular, with the deity in the center surrounded with a circular parapet. Around the parapet, there are elephants of various types and sizes that look like donations from the piligrims. There are 4 entries to this temple and each one is guarded by 2 elephants.
Do look for this temple when you visit Promthep Cap in Phuket.
