This was taken when we visited Karunya University near Coimbatore a few months back. We were standing at the guest house terrace and as the Sun went down, the brilliance of clouds showed up. Notice that there are a couple of kids playing cricket in the playground.
In Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary, we went on a guided tour of the forest. On the way one of the most magnificent creatures we spotted were the spotted deer. They were ambling across just around the road and that gave me an opportunity to get a close shot.
Last week, we visited the famous Shiva Temple at Perur. Photography inside the temple is prohibited so all I could get was the views from outside. This was my first attempt in shooting with my 10mm lens and it performed fairly well under low light conditions.
